Help the TAXI staff please!

Want to Volunteer at the
2023 Road Rally?

Dear Rally Attendees,

Many of you have asked how you can help at this year's Road Rally, and we really appreciate that!

We especially need volunteers for Goody Bag Stuffing at the Westin on Wednesday, November 1st!

Bag Stuffing will take place at NOON (sharp) on Wednesday, November 1st (Westchester room near the lobby on the 1st floor) at The Westin LAX Hotel on Century Blvd, and should take about three to four hours. Pizza or subs (and drinks) will be provided, plus free parking for all volunteers (who show up!). 

Also, we could always use more volunteers for Truck Unloading on Thursday, November 2nd.

Please respond to this email NO LATER THAN Monday, October 23rd by 6pm (PDT), and let us know which job(s) you’d like to volunteer for, and we'll get back to you to schedule it! Please respond quickly, as these slots tend to fill up fast, often well before the cut-off date and time.

Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm (as the Rally begins to wind down), we’ll be loading the truck, and we would really appreciate your help with that as well. It goes very quickly, and most items are not very heavy. Please meet at the TAXI Registration Desk at 4pm PDT.
