Gotta say, reimagined covers of heartbreak songs seem like a really easy category to pitch to, don't you think?
One of the most overlooked techniques for "reimagining" a song is simply to "reimagine" it in the original's opposite tempo. Was it slow? Make it fast. Was the original fast? Make your version slow. Drench it in reverb, use minimal instrumentation, and bam, you've got yourself a reimagined cover. See? Not so hard!
One last thing, would you please reply to this email and let us know what your favorite genre is so we can get a feel for which listings would be best for you?
