The sync fees on these caught my attention

Not something we see very often.
Hi ,
I don’t normally lead with numbers for sync fees, but I wanted to give you a heads-up on something that came in today.
We just received a few requests from a major film and TV music publisher, and in rare cases like this, placements can pay as much as $150,000. That’s not typical — which is why these stood out.
They’re looking for songs in a few familiar lanes, Soft Pop / Adult Contemporary songs, Indie Singer/Songwriter songs, and Nostalgic ’60s / ’70s-style songs.
If you already have songs that fit one of those styles, it’s worth taking a careful look at the full listings. If not, you might still want to read through them and see if anything sparks an idea.
Either way, no worries at all — I just didn’t want you to miss this.
