Top Hollywood Music Supervisor needs an inspiring NON-ROMANTIC LOVE SONG for a MAJOR CABLE NETWORK TV PROGRAM. Lyrically, the song should focus on things like Trust, Friendship, Support, etc. They're looking for the kind of love shared between close friends, brothers/sisters, or found in a mother/daughter relationship-NOT the boyfriend/girlfriend kind of love! Think more about our common shared human condition, our frailty, and the wonderment of life's journey. Universal lyric themes that can apply to a number of situations/scenarios will work best for this. The Music Supervisor is looking for CONTEMPORARY, PERKY, MID-TO-UPTEMPO, Full-Length INDIE POP/ROCK/FOLK Songs in the spirit of Ingrid Michaelson, Adele, and Duffy. If you're not already familiar with the referenced artists, PLEASE look them up on iTunes or YouTube, and get familiar before submitting your material! As always, DO NOT copy or rip-off the referenced artists in any, way, shape or form. Use them ONLY as guide for Tempo, Texture, Tone, and general Style/Vibe. FEMALE VOCALS ARE PREFERRED, but MALE VOCALS WILL BE CONSIDERED IF IT'S THE RIGHT/PERFECT/AMAZING SONG. Keep the music and production CURRENT SOUNDING, please.
