Dear Passengers,

We first met Briagha McTavish when she was a teenager, who along with her dad (Neil McTavish), would come to the TAXI Road Rally to hone her skills as a singer/songwriter. 

We looked forward to seeing her each year, and got to know her as one of our very favorite members and Rally volunteers. 

When she graduated from high school, Briagha called TAXI to let us know that she was moving to Los Angeles, and asked if we had any job openings. As it turned out, we had a temp job making outbound reminder calls to members about the upcoming Rally.

Briagha hit it out of the park, and we offered her a full-time job. She’s been an integral and highly valued part of the staff for about four years, and we’ve watched her grow up right under our noses.

It’s bittersweet that Monday was Briagha’s last “official” day at TAXI, because she decided she loves her fiancé Jacob, more than us. We’re really happy for the two of them, but sad to see Briagha move back to the Midwest!

Please join us as we take a walk down memory lane and say goodbye to her on this week’s TAXI TV. Instead of kicking me under the desk (she has been the producer of many, many TAXI TV episodes), she joins me on camera :-)
